A Pinot Grigio from the middle of Soave. Perfect with light meals, such as carpaccio, asparagus, and salmon. Bright yellow in color with a tinge of green this wine has scents of ripe pear and flower. The nose is dominated by cherries and strawberries over a bed of herbs and damp earth. Floral bouquet laced with scents of exotic fruits, almonds, hazelnuts, and mineral notes.
